Come Rain or Shine is an original oil painting by Scottish artist Alexander Millar.
"A day off work or school was to be enjoyed whatever the weather, and I recall even on a summer's day out that we'd be prepared for everything the west of Scotland weather could throw at us.
Like most kids I had fascination for puddles, jumping in them at every opportunity."
