"I love taking a trip to the North Sea coast in Northumberland. Apart from the magnificent beaches and wild skyscapes, there's always something on the horizon to focus on. And I've always found Lindisfarne Castle and the Holy Isle truly captivating and a bit mysterious.

This painting on a smaller scale than my usual artworks - and I'm really pleased how the larger frame adds to the impact of the painting."
