Alexander Millar has increased more fluidity and colour in this painting entitled Again, Again which tells us that his reminiscences of this happy time are as strong and vibrant as ever.

"This is a tribute to, and an evolution of, a painting that I created a number of years ago. It is one of my works that is still regularly requested today.

The painting conveys a strong childhood memory of being swung in that air between Mam and Dad.

The thrill of being held tightly by the hands and flying up into the air is a simple pleasure that almost every kid loves. And one that kids want to repeat over and over."
