"I hope that this new painting of mine reflects my love for the Northumberland coast in every season, especially on those rare rainy days when the sun trys to burst through the clouds.

Bamburgh Castle, on a headland overlooking the North Sea, is a great focal point for artists, as it gives a sense of scale to the sweeping sea and towering clouds."
