Harvest Sky, Ailsa Craig is a framed, original oil painting by Ayshire born artist Alexander Millar.

"There's something very ancient and mysterious about Ailsa Craig, a volcanic plug of rock that sits out in the Firth of Clyde.

Although you can take boat trips out to it, I've never been. I'm sure it's amazing close up, but I think a visit to the rock might take away some of the mystery for me. I think I prefer to view it at a distance and imagine what's there.
