“I often draw or paint my ‘gadgies’ heading to, or from the local football match, in this case Newcastle United.

Watching the 'Magpies' is a way these old fellas rekindle their dreams of playing for their team back in the day. So the chance of a 'kick aboot' is walawys welcome.

I think as kids many of us dreamt of being chosen for our team - and scoring that winning goal in the Cup Final- just like Roy of the Rovers!"
